Quick Books

Initially I began using Quicken to track my day to day accounts. This served its' purpose for about a year but then began underperforming.  It was useful in the early days as I am certainly not an accountant – Intuit have stopped developing Quicken choosing instead to urge their clients to upgrade to QuickBooks.  Therefore I am now using QuickBooks.  QuickBooks is designed much more for users with a basic understanding of accounting procedures.  I have however run into problems when trying to find certified accountants that can interact with QuickBooks as Sage appears to be the industry standard solution.  We are therefore switching to Sage shortly and so a review of that will appear on this web site shortly.
