Fax2mail is one of those applications that saves the business time - lots of it... When you sign up with them they assign you to divert your fax number to them, they give you a national rate number for this so it should work out free of charge. They then take the incoming fax and convert it to a PDF document which they then attach to an email address of your choice and deliver within moments of the fax being received. This means that I don't have to wait by the fax machine any longer, nothing gets lost as I have an electronic copy of each and every fax. I can attach it to a customer folder etc... Brill!
